What Is the Blueprint of Christ's Church?

Back in 2009 Elder Tad R. Callister was in our ward when we lived in New Zealand, he was serving as a counselor, and then later as president of the Pacific Area, residing in Auckland and overseeing the operations of the LDS Church in New Zealand, Australia, and the islands of the Pacific. Obviously he was traveling almost endlessly fulfilling his various assignments, but it was always a treat to speak with him and listen to his inspired insights the Sunday's he was able to be in our ward with us. When I came across this CES address, I knew Elder Callister wouldn't disappoint. The clear cut way he explains the structure of leadership within the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in modern day, and how it directly correlates with the way Jesus himself organized his Church found in the New Testament, is a great testimony builder. I promise you won't regret watching until the end.
It helped remind me that God loves us and he lives today. He loves us enough to provide us with modern day prophets and leaders who are always in direct communication with him. His house is a house of order, I so appreciate that. I am grateful that God would not abandon us, especially in an ever changing world with an overall declining moral compass. I am thankful that Heavenly Father has set up His church in a way, by a blueprint, that we can receive the word through his loving leaders in our day.
